What’s Included in a Boiler Service?

When you book a boiler service with us, one of our Gas Safe engineers will visit your home and carry out a series of essential checks, including:

Visual Inspection

We check the boiler for visible signs of wear, corrosion, leaks, and ensure the boiler flame is burning correctly and safely in line with current standards.

Internal Inspection

The boiler casing is removed so we can inspect key internal components, including the burner, heat exchanger, and ignition system, ensuring everything is operating as it should.

Flue Check

We inspect the flue to confirm it’s correctly installed, free from obstructions, and safely removing harmful gases from your home.

Boiler Controls

All boiler controls and safety devices are checked to make sure they’re functioning correctly and responding as intended.

Pressure Check

We check and adjust the boiler pressure if needed to ensure it’s operating within the correct range.

Operational Testing

Finally, we test the boiler in operation to confirm it’s working efficiently and safely, with no underlying faults.
